The Supreme Court Zambia’s latest decision on the claim by the Ventriglia family is out and this decision certainly restores the faith of the common man on the legal structure of the nation.  Prominent members from the Ventriglia family, Antonio Ventriglia & Manuela Ventriglia recently approached the Supreme Court Zambia with a bizarre claim. In this claim, they challenged the decision of the higher Court of Appeal made on the 31st January 2019 in the Zambezi Portland Cement case. Finsbury Investments, one of the most notable investment firms in Zambia, recently filed a compliant at the Lusaka High Court claiming fraud charges against a notable bank. This bank is ESATED ( Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development ) Bank. Finsbury Investments claimed that the bank unethically and illegally transferred the shares of a prominent hotel which belonged to Finsbury Investments.
