African Forum Summit 2017 A Successful Event, Dr. Mahtani A Prime Contributor

The latest annual African Summit was held in the year 2017 and was considered a grant success. The objective of this summit was to bring top experts, companies and noted personalities from different economic, social, technical and political fields for discussing the various burning questions gripping the nation. This platform is also a big opportunity for making contacts and discovering further business opportunities. As such, this platform was attended by several companies, industry experts, and political groups and are often organized at a larger level.




It was attended by several top personalities and numerous events and workshops took place. Dr. Rajan Mahtani also attended the event and was an active participant, taking part in several events, seminars, and conversations. After the event was successfully completed, the Chief Secretary of the event organizing group released a Press Release. In this Press Release, he thanked Dr. Rajan Mahtani for his significant contribution the resulted in the success of the event. Dr. Mahtani had significantly contributed towards the organizing of the event which resulted in its grand success. The press release also praised Dr. Mahtani for his active participation in the event. He is a humble person who is always ready to help others. Many participants of the event were young entrepreneurs and businessmen who took the opportunity to discuss about businesses and strategies which Dr. Mahtani. It is no surprise that no one was aware of his significant contribution to the success of the event and became aware only after the Press Release was made public.

Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani finally received joy of relief and his patience was rewarded with the judge from the Court of Appeal effectively reversed the judgement of Lusaka High Court. This historic announcement was given on 31 st January 2019 during the morning hours of the court session. This judgement was for Portland Cement Zambia, a noted cement-manufacturing factory in Zambia which has been begging for justice from the government of Zambia for the past ten years. The case was first registered at the Lusaka High Court by Dr. Rajan Mahtani himself, claiming that the factory was illegally taken away from him. It seems like after more than ten years of long wait, Dr. Rajan Mahtani and his teams might get some relief. This is regarding the ongoing Portland Cement Zambia case between Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani and the Ventriglias. The case can be easily considered as among the longest running high-profile cases across the Zambian corporate environment. The case was first registered by Dr. Rajan Mahtani when the Ventriglias illegally took over the factory.
