The Court of Appeal reported ultimate choice on Portland Cement Zambia processing plant on 31st January 2019. This choice was declared nine months after the case was enrolled there by Dr. Rajan Mahtani. The case, which was initially propelled at the Lusaka High Court, took over ten years to declare its ultimate conclusion. In any case, an official choice declared was incredibly dubious as the judge from the Lusaka High Court reported that Ventriglias were only shareholders and investors of the Zambezi Portland Cement production line. This historic announcement was given on 31 st January 2019 during the morning hours of the court session. This judgement was for Portland Cement Zambia, a noted cement-manufacturing factory in Zambia which has been begging for justice from the government of Zambia for the past ten years.
